Yesterday I took the day off from work because I was sick...still am. Anyways, so after being deprived from fresh air and natural sunlight all day, and seeing that I only had eggs in the frigde, I decided to go to Trader Joe's to get some food. I love TJs cuz they always have samples and yesterday they had chocolate covered frozen bananas! But as I was enjoying my sample, a piece of chocolate fell down my shirt! I didn't wanna just reach in there and get it out because the place was swarming with people but at the same time I didn't wanna just leave it there because it was melting and I was wearing a white shirt. So the choice was between saving face or saving my shirt...and I chose my shirt. The people who saw me do that probably thought I was some kind of freak, but hey, at least I didn't have to go home and scrub chocolate out of my shirt on my sick day.

The walls in my apartment are really thin so i can hear everything...i mean EVERYTHING my neighbor does. One of the most annoying things (amongst a myriad of others things) she does is talk on the phone for hours on end into the wee hours of the night. I think last night was a record breaking time...4:30AM! I was sooooo close to going next door to "politely but firmly" ask her to take her phone conversation into another room but my laziness got the best of me. As I was lying in bed I was thinking of ways to go about this "situation"by different strategies"like
1. kill her with kindness by leaving her a Thank You card in her mail box with a note asking her not to talk on the phone so late at night
2. be flat out mean and tell (not ask) her to be so annoying
3. get even...talk as loud as i can really late at night so she knows how it feels to be on the other side of the wall

So far, I think 1 is my best bet because she seems like a very mean person so I don't wanna get on her bad side by trying 2 and 3 won't work because I don't really know anyone that would wanna talk on the phone that late for that long. I guess i could pretend to talk on the phone...but I'd feel kinda retarded doing that. Any further suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
