I watched Bride and Prejudice with Mike and Jamie...I loved it! Makes me totally wanna learn how to dance like Indian people.The guy in the movie put it best: "Screw in the light bulb with one hand and pet the dog with the other." I've been trying to practice but I have no coordination...it's like trying to pat your head with one hand and rub your tummy in a circular motion with the other...very tricky.

It was a boiling 105 degrees during the day in Vegas...I thought I was gonna shrivel up and die. I went to the pool to try and cool off but I just ended up getting sunburned. Stupid me, I forgot to bring sunscreen but lucky me, I found an abandoned bottle of sunscreen (SPF 70!) on the ground at the pool. But it was all melted and it came out like milk. I still used it but I guess it was too late since I still got burned.

I'm not much of a gambler. I'd rather go shopping with my money and guarantee that I actually get something for my money. My aunts, uncle and my dad we a whole other story. My aunts and uncle disappeared the second they got to the hotel. I didn't see them til lunch the next day because they stayed out all night gambling their way up and down the strip. My dad gambled inconspicuously because my mom thinks it's a waste of money. He'd disappear for 15-30 mins at a time. But the funny thing is, he always came back with money. The first night, he came back with $70 then the next day he came back with $45. Then the final day we were there my mom, my sister and I woke up to find that my dad disappeared again. It turns out he went down to the casino at 6:00am and needless to say, my mom was a little annoyed. My dad finally came back at 8:00am and says to my mom "I brought you a present" and hands her $1020!!! He won it from a slot machine....hilarious!

It's so hard coming back from a 3 day weekend....here's to a short week!
