Get In My Belly!

What goes in...must come out

The legal age for an adult should be raised to 30.
I'm a disgrace to the term "adult". You'd think that by the ripe age of 24, I'd be a "responsible adult". I think I veered off the highway of adulthood back at age 21. Eventhough I had work on Friday (when no one else seemed to have work. why???) the infamous ebay posse went out on Thursday night and had a little too much fun. Sarah, the "responsible adult" came home utterly exhausted. Surprisingly, I dragged myself out of bed Friday morning and went to work (I really don't know how I accomplished this). 30 minutes into the day I was ready to pass out...like the kind of pass out where you don't wake up til the next day. I couldn't hang so at 9:00am I went home...how sad is that? I came home and slept til noon. Jamie and I woke up around the same time. She didn't know I went to work and came back so I decided to play a little trick on her. I was in the bathroom:

Jamie: Sarah? How come you didn't go to work?
Me: What are you talking about? It's Saturday.
Jamie: It's Saturday? (silence) Not it's not!! It's Friday!! Sarah, you didn't go to work!!!

Hahahaha...those are my little joys in life. Well, at least I had a nice short week (3 days!) and another long weekend!

Back to Vegas...
When I was in Vegas, a casino worker asked how old I was and without even thinking I just said 21. Then my sister elbows me and says "you're not 21, you're 24!". What happened to 22 and 23? I don't remember much from those two years...probably because I was in post-college denial.
