For the past two days, all I've been eating is Sour Patch Kids. On Tuesday, I ate 3 medium sized bags in one day. Yesterday, my co-worker noticed that I was devouring these things. So, to be nice, she bought two 2 pound bags. She and I finished off one bag and I ate half of the other bag. (Which means I consumed an entire pound of sour patch kids in one day...sick). But the worst part was that I ate so many of them that the sourness and the sugar crystals on them totally killed my tongue. My tongue swelled up a little and got really sensitive around the edges. But I still kept eating them. Then my tongue really started to hurt so I went to the bathroom to check it out...my tongue was bleeding! I gave myself a break and decided that these candies were too dangerous to keep in the office so I took the rest of the bag home, where I ate more of them! I really really need to stop but they're soooo addicting!

The internet in my office was down the whole morning. When I found out it wasn't going to be working until 1pm today, I started to feel claustrophobic and experience shortness of breath. Even though I don't really do much on the internet, it's my only connection to the outside world~ I communicate with our clients mostly by email so when I wasn't answering emails people started calling and now the phone's ringing off the hook! I always knew I was popular but not that popular, hahaha. But alas, it's back up and I can breathe easy =)
This past weekend, my sister moved into her dorm room. She's living in Unit 3, Ida Sproul in a triple. There's only one elevator in the building so I walked up and down 5 flights of stairs carrying boxes of stuff about 10 times. She had about 6 boxes of stuff....2.5 of which were full of food! She could set up a mini-mart with all she's got. Anyways, my calves are hating me today...the sight of stairs makes me cringe. The good thing is, I did some rearranging of furniture in my office so I can lay down. No, not for naps...I could only wish. But I have read this HUGE thing which is gonna take me about 2.5 hours to get through if I don't have any distractions. So now I can lay down and read. Maybe I'll bring a pillow to work tomorrow if it doesn't rain like it did today.
