Norcal people are funny. Just because it's a little warmer than usual, everyone just starts taking off all their clothes and running around half naked. Yesterday when I was walking to the BART station I saw way too much skin...skin that shouldn't see the light of day. Put on some clothes, people! It's not that hot!
