My conversation with Andy today made reminisce about my good old elementary school days. Every morning we lined up in the quad to recite the Plegde of Allegiance and sing two songs, one of which was always the State Song. And it goes like this...
Fifty Nifty United States from thirteen original colonies,
Fifty Nifty stars in the flag that billow so beautifully in the breeze.
Each individual state contributes a quality that is great.
Each individual state deserves a bow: Let's salute them now!
Fifty Nifty United States from thirteen original colonies,
Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, ConnecticutDelaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, IndianaIowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan.Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming!
Thanks to this song, I will never forget the 50 states in alphabetical order =)

I had to sing that song and "What a Wonderful World" at my 5th grade graduation.
I can say all the states in alphabetical order... Spelling them is a different story.
Wait wait wait. I want a fried twinkie. Shoot. I just saw the invention on Super Size Me last night. This place called the Chip Shop in NY. Double D's telling me it's a British thing. They got it in the Bay Area? Show me where. Now.
